Partner and legal practitioner for more than 30 years at the Freeman Law Center, LLC, Brian C. Freeman is a life member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Association for the Justice, the American Bar Association, and the National Bar Association. His accolades extend deeply as the former president of the Garden State Bar Association, and the current trustee for and proud member of their Family Law section at the Hudson County Bar Association.

After graduating with a B.A. from the acclaimed Skidmore College in New York, Mr. Freeman received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Western New England College School of Law. Upon graduation, he served as a law clerk to the to the Hon. Samuel C. Scott of the Hudson County Superior Court. With his education, experience, and esteem guiding him, Mr. Freeman deepened his legal prowess with a formidable leadership position as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey before opening his legal center to provide balanced representation within his community.

A qualified civil mediator and family law mediator, Mr. Freeman develops relationships with his clients that broaden their quality of life. When he is not leading his clients successfully through mediation, he serves as a panelist on the Hudson County Superior Court Family Division’s Early Settlement Panel Matrimonial Program.

Continuing his commitment to providing justice inside and outside of the courtroom, Mr. Freeman is admitted to the bar in his firm’s current state of New Jersey, and in New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. With his presence, recognition, and legal aptitude broadened throughout several states, Mr. Freeman serves as a constant force in the legal community, assisting families with their difficult circumstances without boundaries becoming a factor in his commitment to success.
