Dennis VanDerGinst graduated from both the Black Hawk College and Northern Illinois University before receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from the DePaul University College of Law.

Since receiving his degree, Mr. VanDerGinst has been practicing law for 30 years, and has represented clients in nearly all 50 states, and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Iowa, as well as the Federal Courts.

As the President and CEO of VanDerGinst Law, Mr. VanDerGinst focuses on personal injury litigation, where he oversees each case his firm represents. His firm’s practice areas include mass tort and class action suits, medical malpractice claims, general negligence cases, and product liability among others that benefit the injured individuals and families who require experienced legal representation.

Mr. VanDerGinst has served on the Board of Trustees for the Pound Civil Justice Institute and the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He is a former State Delegate for the American Association for Justice and served as an adjunct professor of torts and insurance law at Black Hawk College.

Dedicated to the legal community, Mr. VanDerGinst has authored numerous legal articles in professional journals and magazines and continues to speak at conventions, conferences, and seminars that focus on the importance of personal injury law.

His continued passion and forwarding mission to benefit veterans, the elderly, and children of all ages, his law firm has donated millions of dollars and countless hours to the organizations that support their initiatives and advance growth and prosperity in their communities.
