Environmental law is a complex area and especially challenging cases need a different approach. Gregory A. Cade is our principal attorney and made this fact very clear when he developed his vision of “Know Your Case.” This belief is his leading principle that combines all of the traits necessary for solving complicated legal issues.

Mr. Cade has a solid background in science, which makes a noticeable difference in his approach from that of other attorneys. Mr. Cade uses his degree in Industrial Hygiene to assist in cases of injury caused by exposure to harmful substances like PCBs, PAHs, dioxins, coke emissions, creosote, benzene, asbestos, and other toxicants.

Mr. Cade is highly motivated to help injured clients no matter if the setting is occupational or environmental, mass or class action. He has represented thousands of claims for individuals and groups all through the Southeast for over 20 years.

All of this would not have been possible if Mr. Cade did not take things personally, which not every lawyer is dedicated enough to do. He has imbued his whole firm with a strong drive to establish a true connection with each of their clients.

Most law firms tend to avoid environmental cases for reasons such as financial risk, time consumption, and detailed knowledge but that is not the case for Mr. Cade. He has loyalty, patience, and vast knowledge, which make him a forceful ally for environmental victims.
