Melanie Stuckey is a dedicated personal injury attorney with deep roots in advocating for seriously injured clients throughout Colorado. After spending 25 years working as a paralegal in the legal field, Melanie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 2020 and immediately put her experience to work as a licensed attorney at Stuckey Injury Law LLC.

Since 2000, she has been an integral part of the firm, developing a passion for representing people who have suffered harm due to accidents and negligence. Melanie combines her extensive background in personal injury law with a compassionate approach, ensuring each client receives thoughtful guidance and strong representation throughout the claims process. Her priority is to understand the unique challenges clients face after an injury and to help ease their stress by handling the legal side of their case with care and professionalism.

Outside of her legal practice, Melanie enjoys spending quality time with her son and extended family, and loves exploring both domestic and international travel destinations.
